Through a series of activities, we not only collect information, but also produce a complete report evaluating the environment and providing a comparison to best practices, along with a better proposed solution.
03 / SCENARIO AND PROPOSAL
At this stage, we already have the structured information and move on to the "hands-on" phase. Studies are conducted based on the discussions, and initial approaches are developed to align the project and outline the steps for its execution.
With this approach, we can have a perfect understanding of the agendas, opening them up for discussion whenever necessary.
